skyrim

skyrim is, hands-down, the most beautiful and touching game i'e played.  filled to the brim with unceasing combat and conflict, it creates endless opportunities for the player.  however, the music, atmosphere, and mere feeling you get when you play this game really completes it.

indiana

so this weekend im going to indiana for a soccer tournament so that should be fun!! im not (or at least am going to try to not) post anything and focus on getting myself ready for everything!! im SOOOO EXCITED plus some of my closest friends in da world are going to be hanging at my house (maybe?) on Monday so that's really cool but neither of them have ever been in my room and ive known them for 2 years...is that weird? :)

like i feel really peaceful when listening to it and the chorus is really fun to jerk around to and like let it all out :)

life before fandoms

do you ever look back at your life before you started shipping some fictional couple or can't study because you're too busy reading some fanfiction??? yes. as soon as the world introduced fandoms, fanfiction, shipments, etc the lives of teens were changed forever. maybe even the lives of some adults.

soccer

i love soccer. it's my passion in life. playing soccer is not only a privilege, but a gift from God. soccer is a way for me to focus my mind on 3 things: 1) team 2) awareness and 3) self-improvement. these things, i believe, are important in life.
1) you have to work together with your friends and family in order to get through the journey we know as life.
2) you need awareness of the world around you so you can see the flow of history, and so you can see the good and bad in the world and do something about it.
3) and you have to focus on making yourself a better person; someone more Christ-like.
you only have time to do this during practice, or a game.
you have give your best every game because you don't know if you're going to get an injury and have to sit out for 3 months. you don't know what's going to happen in the game or outside of it. that is why you play your hardest every practice and every game.
see soccer is much like life: it's always moving forward, there are fast plays, there are mistakes, you see the cost of your mistakes and you try and make up for your mistakes in your hard work where you give every little bit of energy to play your best. no practice, play or scrimmage can really prepare you for a game; they are circumstantial plays because every circumstance is different with new variables, much like life. these are the times where the flow of play (the course of your life) is changed based on your decision and effort.

back to school

ugh so back to school which is good i guess im kind of just "going with the flow" and being chill and totally myself :D
new schools give you a chance to put your life into perspective; not only does that last school's bad seem horrible, but the good is a bright patch in your life.  you realize just how amazing your life was and for that you will never forget anything about the experiences you had.
